The Rise Foundation

supporting women's diversity throughout the workplace

Women's progression into leadership roles continues to be slow,
with limited evidence of advancement during the Covid-19 pandemic. Black and ethnic minority women are those most negatively affected.

Our Vision

The Rise Foundation is committed to addressing the significant underrepresentation of women of colour in senior leadership roles across the public, private, and charitable sectors in the UK. Our mission is to cultivate a robust talent pipeline of current and future ethnically diverse female leaders, bolstered by the support of dedicated professionals and organisations.

Our vision is to empower women of colour from various sectors to achieve their full potential and pursue their career aspirations. To this end, we offer a range of services including leadership training programs, mentorship and coaching, networking opportunities, workshops, and advocacy campaigns. These services are designed to develop skills, build confidence, and create opportunities for women of colour to advance to senior leadership positions.

In Business:
Women represent just 8% of FTSE 100 CEO's.
