The Law:
Women make up 27% of Court of Appeal judges and 30% of High Court judges. There are just two female Supreme Court Justices and no women of colour

In Education:
Women account for 65% of secondary school teachers, but only 40% of headteachers. Just 6% of those women are from ethnic minority backgrounds

Locked out of progression: 28% of women of colour (compared to 19% of white women) report that a manager has blocked their progression at work, and 42% report being passed over for promotion despite good feedback (compared to 27% of white women).
